Closely examine your teeth and gums for issues
Use a hand scaler and/or ultrasonic scaler to loosen plaque buildup on your teeth
Gently brush and floss your teeth
Polish your teeth and use a fluoride treatment to strengthen them against decay
Discuss the optional use of laser gum contouring or laser therapy to keep your gum line free of dead tissue, prevent “pocketing”, and battle cold sores
